Individual sessions are reoccurring one-on-one session with a Registered Music Therapist, working with musical interventions to best support individual goals and skills.
Sibling sessions are sessions with clients and their sibling to support family relationships and social skills. These sessions work on enhancing the sibling bond and developing skills within turn taking and delayed gratification.
Family sessions are sessions with clients and their families to supports family relationships and social skills. These sessions are geared towards parents with a young child with a new diagnosis. Family sessions work on enhancing the bond between parents and their child whilst learning to navigate the journey of having a child with a disability.
Supported music lessons are instruments or voice lessons for clients with additional needs. These sessions are held by our experienced Music Therapist. Clients learn theoretical and technical skills on their preferred instrument, working towards reading, notation, composing and improvising.
Supported music lessons are formatted through a music therapy session structure. The sessions focus on the preferred instrument; however, there is space allowing for exploration of additional instruments and activities within the session
